Raytheon Technologies Principal Financial Analyst in Fullerton, California

The Principal Financial Analyst will work in the Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) Budgets and Rates organization. This position is responsible for consolidating, analyzing and providing monthly reporting within Engineering. The selected candidate ensures that information is accurate and complete for the monthly forecasting process, monthly operating reviews (MORs), Annual Budget cycle and will have opportunities to be involved with ad hoc projects. The candidate will need to support leadership with actionable information, proactive communication and on time accurate data delivery.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of relevant Finance work experience

  • Monthly Budget variance reports for the discipline within Engineering

  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining good working relationship with all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated analytic ability with large data sets

  • Creative in simplifying and automating reports

  • Demonstrated problem identification and problem solving skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Working knowledge of APEX, OA and forecasting tools

  • Advanced proficiency in the use of MS office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    Desired Skills:

  • Experience with developing rates and rate structures

  • Supervisory Experience

  • Working knowledge of Control 9.1

  • RPlan experience

    Required Education (including Major):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting

  • “In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $76,100 to $140,800; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.”
