Raytheon Technologies Senior Program Cost Schedule & Control in Fullerton, California
Navigation and Landing Systems Finance is seeking a skilled Senior Program Controls Analyst to join the finance team of WAAS programs, in Fullerton, CA.
As Program Controls Analyst, the candidate will be expected to provide value-added program financial analysis support to the Program Managers of assigned programs.
Additionally, the candidate is expected to quickly develop advanced knowledge of all program control tactics; and, ensure ongoing communication with PM / PMO chain as well as Finance organization relative to all program financial performance issues.
Interface with other functional organizations and customers as required.
The effective candidate should have the ability to develop financial requirements in a dynamic, fast paced multiple contract environment.
Primary responsibilities will include maintaining total project cost excellence on contracts.
Maintain Earned Value (EV) requirements, and forecasting Estimates to Complete (EAC).
Generate internal as well as external reports, graphs, analysis, etc. Monitor costs and workforce on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct charge numbers. Process cost transfers as required. Prepare internal program review presentations for Raytheon organization. Perform other financial analysis on the contract as requested by the Program Office and others.
In addition, this role will be responsible for providing EVMS guidance and support to the program, compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255.
Facilitate effective deployment of the EVMS toolset including MPM EV, and will analyze, identify and establish the best approach for reporting/analysis during contract setup and implementation.
The team member will work closely with multifunctional and cross business teams including partnering with the program business managers and the RTN EVMS team.
Minimum of 4 years of finance experience or a Masters Degree in a related field with 2 years related experience
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and critical thinking and problem solving skills
Understanding of EVMS cost and schedule integration, and EAC process
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – including Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
Experience with EV Management Systems and tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, as a team member, and with all levels of management
Proficiency with industry EVMS Tool Sets (MPM, SAP, PRISM, APEX, wInsigt)
Experience in full scope program support (IMP/IMS, complex baseline integration, MS Project interaction, etc.)
Required Education (including Major):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with 4 years related work experience or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline and 2 years related work experience
