Raytheon Technologies Senior Program Planner I in Goleta, California
RVS is seeking a planning & scheduling professional to join the RVS Program Planning Group. This position reports to and takes direction from a program planning manager and will support multiple programs. The planner position will partner with various functions including finance, engineering, operations, mission assurance, contracts, and the program management office to ensure that the program is performed within contractual agreed-upon parameters. Responsibilities will include supporting development, maintenance and analysis of the programs’ Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This position will also ensure that that scheduling artifacts provide support to Earned Value Management (EVM) compliance, IMS CDRL deliveries, Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and more.
Demonstrated MS Project experience, including cost- schedule integration
Minimum 4 years of employment experience with demonstration of ability to work across multiple functions
Demonstrated knowledge in assisting teams in planning, scheduling and/or cost estimating tasks
Ability to work autonomously, or as directed in a team environment
Possess good presentation and communication skills
Ability to quickly and easily adjust to changing priorities and direction
Excellent experience and knowledge of MS Office suite products
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems .
Experience with schedule risk analysis and other planning resources
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Earned Value Certification
SAP APEX EV Experience
Raytheon Six Sigma (R6S) Specialist or similar certification
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
