The Area Defense Systems (ADS) program has an immediate opening for a Program Cost Controls Analyst to support the Israeli programs. The Iron Dome program includes elements of material procurement and co-production with a dynamic international customer. This program includes a start up Joint Venture with the Israeli company Rafael. This job will afford the right candidate the unique opportunity to start up a new business which consolidates into Raytheon Missiles and Defense. This position is a blend of program controls and financial planning and the ideal candidate must be passionate about meeting financial commitments.
While Finance will be your main focus and responsibility, you will also get to assist other areas of the business, i.e. Contracts, SCM, Estimating, and PMO. In addition, you will work directly with the Israeli customer to provide documentation for billings, estimates and other special requests.
This position is for a team lead for the Iron Dome/SkyHunter half of the Israeli portfolio and a strong candidate with a working knowledge of tools and processes would be most successful. The position will include mentoring, collaborating and training of other analysts on the program. Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess advanced presentation, communication, and professional skills.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Responsibility for developing, presenting and defending quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC); and assist with forecasting manpower, sales, earnings and cash.
Coordinate development of EACs and sales forecasts for projects.
Closely monitor funding, prepare invoicing, CDRLs, financial presentations, and a variety of other activities while keeping management informed of status.
Communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program and Finance leadership and the customer.
An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Masters’ is equal to 2 years of experience.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related
5 years finance related work experience
Experience with desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Advanced Excel proficiency (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Graphing, etc.)
