This is an opportunity to join the Missile Defense Program team of the Strategic Sensor Systems (S3) Product Area as a Program Cost Schedule and Control Analyst supporting the Radar Test Contract (RTC). The RTC contract provides consolidated test planning, test execution, and modeling & simulation for the family of BMDS radars including AN/TPY-2, SBX, UEWR, and Cobra Dane. You will be required to perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that programs are executed within contractually agreed-upon parameters. You will work independently and on several different program tasks concurrently, in a fast paced environment. You will work and collaborate with multiple functions and levels within the organization and provide Program Control recommendations and implement solutions. You should be dedicated to continued process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all operational aspects of the organization.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Cost and Schedule reporting and analysis; Earned Value reporting
Monthly LRE and Quarterly Development of EAC’s
Provide detailed financial analysis for Cross Business Teams (CBT) and Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking
Process approved Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and Secondary Work Authorizations (SWA)
Month end reconciliation
Utilize & share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program team
An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master's is equal to 2 years of experience.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related
5 years professional financial work experience
Experience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or EAC Process
Experience with SAP accounting system / Standard Business Warehouse reports and/or similar reports
MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel knowledge
Qualifications We Value:
EVMS audit/surveillance experience
Program start up/baselining experience
Experience using PMX toolset
SAP APEX EV & wInsight experience
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
Proactive with demonstrated ability to recognize process shortfalls and successfully implement positive change
Excellent communication/presentation skills: oral and written
Ability to frame and interpret issues for Senior Management
Earned Value Certification
Ability to obtain a DOD secret security clearance
Previous experience/knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight and prioritize workload
Follow monthly EV cadence to meet all deliverables
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
