The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. Over the course of the 14-week program, experienced professionals will gain paid, on-the-job experience, have an opportunity to participate in sessions with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return to work experience. Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at Raytheon Technologies.
The next cohort of the Re-Empower Program will run from September 13 – December 17, 2021.
Minimum Program Qualifications
To qualify for the Raytheon Technologies, Re-Empower Program, candidates should:Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application
Have prior experience in functional area of interest
Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position

Collins Aerospace is seeking an SQL Developer with a strong understanding of ETL strategy and best practices as well as a the ability to develop SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
Location - Hyderabad
Must be very good in SQL, Performance Tuning.
The candidate must have the ability to independently and logically walk through and understand existing SSIS / ETL packages.
A solid understanding of data management best-practices and in-depth experience with Microsoft SSIS / SSRS is required.
This candidate must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Must be very good in TSQL, Stored Procedures, Function and Packages.
Should have 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL databases, SSIS / SSRS development.
Demonstrated Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above including managing databases and the use of Microsoft SSMS.
Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft SSIS to create and deploy packages and deploy for ETL processes.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SSRS for creating and publishing reports.
Should be good at archiving data.
Monitor and manage agent jobs across database instances for SQL Server.
Demonstrated experience around writing and troubleshooting T-SQL statements, creating stored procedures, views, and SQL functions.
Understands different data models like normalized, de-normalized, stars and snowflake models.
SSRS report development / deployment.
Strong SQL coding experience with performance optimization experience for data queries.
Need to understand and be able to interpret data.
C# or ASP.NET is a plus.
Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced, rapidly changing and complex environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new skills quickly to make a measurable difference preferred.
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering/MCA
