Raytheon Technologies Prin Spclst, Mfg/Ops in Largo, Florida

This role will be instrumental in helping guide the Depot Repair operations at the Largo repair facility across a wide variety of programs. Responsibilities will include performing necessary research and executing paperwork and transactions desired to receive units into the facility and place the units in workflow. It will require tracking units through the repair life cycle and coordinating with various functions across the organization to complete necessary tasks preferred to repair and return the unit to the Customer .

Other responsibilities may include:

• Review of terms and conditions contained in contracts and purchase orders received from customers

• Overseeing of Import/Export, interfacing with Internal customers, export compliance, and Raytheon General Trade Organization

• Working with Contracts offices to ensure international and contractual requirements are followed while serving as the liaison for all cross-functional teammates handling Depot

• Interfacing with and providing status to Program and Contracts Administration and other departments to ensure that commitments are achieved as promised

• Tracking repair status throughout the repair life cycle

• Working with Property and Logistics to process inbound assets and create outbound deliveries to return assets back to the customer

• Transact inbound material movements, service notifications, and shippers within the MRP inventory system (PRISM)

• Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) reporting within an external Government system

• Prepare and distribute CDRL data to the PMO as desired per contractual requirements

• Serve as a subject matter authority within the organization, providing training, coaching, and support as needed to keep the business moving during challenging situations unique to Depot

Prepare and care for metrics data for Programs and/or the organization such as site backlog, WIP, and MRP health.

Required Skills:

• 5 years related work experience

• Interact with internal and external customers with respect to sustainment program planning, problem resolution and process improvement

• Effective communicator, able to strengthen meaningful relationships and work with personnel at all organizational levels

• Ability to understand organization metrics and take action to meet targets

• Working knowledge of SAP APEX to review contract loads

• Working knowledge of our onsite shop floor control systems (PRISM, iMRO, VM) and depot business processes

• Working knowledge tracking and managing Depot repair items throughout the repair life cycle

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications with specific expertise in Microsoft Excel

• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance within 1 year of start date

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of processing International Contracts, both Import and Export, to include use of resources (AAP and ISR) and the related controls and requirements which exist to comply with Government regulations

• Experience in using ICMS to retrieve Customer Contracts

• Experience in reviewing and understanding Contracts to ensure contractual requirements are being met

• Understanding repair budgets to ensure we operate within allocated funding

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, Engineering Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management or related degree

Desired Education: Master’s Degree in Stem or related degree
