Raytheon Technologies Senior Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst in Largo, Florida
The Secure Communications program office is in need of a Program Cost Scheduling and Control Analyst. This position requires a team member who possesses knowledge of external Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting, analysis and compliance.
The position will have the responsibility to ensure projects are set up and maintained properly in the financial accounting system, to monitor and analyze performance variance to targets and alert organization to associated risks and opportunities, to forecast program financial metrics, and to coordinate Estimate at Complete (EAC) and EVMS activities as required by contract and company policy.
The role will utilize the full complement of financial tools to aid in EVMS analysis, balance sheet analysis and action, cash management and all other forecast responsibilities.
The person joining the program will be a key part of a fast paced finance team where strategic thinking, multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements.
Relationship building is key for this role.
You will work in frequent collaboration with others.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant finance work experience
Ability to work self-guided and within a team environment
Ability to present complex information to management
Critical thinking abilities and problem solving skills
Strong desire to learn and contribute in a dynamic and highly collaborative team-based environment
Professional experience of applied EVMS principles with DOD reporting requirements
Financial and program controls experience
Proficient in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions
Understands Financial planning principles
Financial controls experience relative to multiple DoD contract types
Understanding of Raytheon Technologies financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related Business Major
