Raytheon Technologies Sr. Plan Production Control Specialist in Largo, Florida
The MRP Controller professional understands and applies material management principles that enable them to develop solutions to a variety of problems. This person daily manages factory Demand / Supply in support of achieving MRP schedules that support customer requirements.
This person also is responsible for analyzing material availability in support of contract requirements, communicate factory priorities, identifying barriers and solutions to enable the factory to meet takt rate, and takes appropriate action to ensure program goals are achieved. The successful candidate must be able to coordinate activities between numerous groups and clearly communicate program goals. The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate within an IPT environment. This individual will also be expected to promote Raytheon’s keys values, facilitate problem resolution and apply Raytheon Six Sigma.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Ability to work well under pressure
Must be well organized and a problem solver.
Must be able to attain Security Clearance if needed
Working knowledge of MRP / AMMS, VM, SAP, BW, Rapid Response
An understanding of the application and concepts of Production and Planning Control fundamentals including MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Lean Manufacturing
Must be a U.S. Citizens is required as the position will require the ability to access US only data systems
U.S. Citizenship is required as the position will required the ability to attain a DoD Secret Clearance within 1 year of employment start date
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
4+ years of SAP / PRISM experience
Material planning and order execution experience
Fundamental knowledge of government contracting requirements
Program / Project Management experience
- Must have a BS / BA from an accredited university with a major in Operations, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Operations, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
