This position will assist with projects related to the technical support of Aircraft galley insert products which include beverage makers, ovens, and refrigeration products.
As a member of the Galley Inserts Product Support team, the primary role of this position will to interact with members of the Product Support, Engineering, and Repair teams. The intern will help to contribute to ongoing technical and training development processes which includes the creation of content for both in-person and virtual/online repair training. This position will gain a detailed knowledge of the operation, function, and repair requirements for one or more products and follow an existing process to produce the required technical training which will be used by customers to obtain repair capabilities for those products.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
