Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages and/or oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), processes, procedures, requirements, contracts and metrics, to ensure the organization’s compliance.

  • Prepares and maintains Quality systems (documentation, processes and training).

  • Evaluates the compliance and effectiveness of the QMS of business sites, and programs.

  • Works with other functions to ensure processes are compliant, efficient and can deliver to customer requirements.

  • Audit team members develop, conduct, and support audits including providing feedback on non-compliance and corrective action(s).

  • Determines if all products and processes are aligned with regulatory standards.

  • Influences others throughout the organization through explanation of policies, government regulations, and agency guidelines to ensure compliance with external standards.

  • Support external audits such as customer and certification when related to the QMS. as needed

  • Established and productive professional contributor.

  • Has theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area.

  • Problems faced are difficult and may be complex.

  • Works autonomously with limited supervision.

  • Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

  • Effective Communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Organization

  • Analytical reasoning

  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Visio

  • Training as Internal Auditor

  • Ability to work in Lenexa preferred, remote option may be considered for the ideal candidate

    In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $54,500- $110,500; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills
