Raytheon Technologies Manager II Financial Analysis in Marlborough, Massachusetts

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone that can think strategically, multitask on a regular basis, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Furthermore, the role is has the responsibly of managing a team of analysts who support various programs within the portfolio.

Key areas of responsibility;

• Lead, develop, and support a finance team of 4 professionals

• Perform as a strategic business partner to the program organization staff

• Responsible for the direction of all finance areas within ATNAVICS, including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), program cost and schedule control, and proposal support

• Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully deliver financial results (achieve Annual Operating Plan)

• Lead development of the ATNAVICS Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan and monthly financial forecasts, including a monthly Operational Review Package

• Regularly assess program profitability through development and presentation of Program Estimates at Completion (EACs)

• Ensure Earned Value Management (EVM) excellence and extensive program controls

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures

• Relationship building is key for this role

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or Math and a minimum of 8 years of finance experience, or closely related Master degree with 6 years of related experience

• Previous supervisory and employee development experience

• Multiple years of financial experience supporting implementation of U.S. DoD/FMS or DCS contracts

Desired Skills:

• Thorough understanding of EVM, Program Controls, and EAC Process

• Demonstrated ability to autonomously partner with organization and other functional areas to ensure business success

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Deep critical thinking and problem solving skills, including the ability to prioritize concurrent requirements and accommodate numerous stakeholders

• Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)

• Proficiency with SAP/APEX, RPLAN, and Business Warehouse/Analysis (BW/AO) reporting

• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and disclosure statements

• EVMS, Financial planning, and ROI modeling experience

• Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or Math
