Raytheon Technologies Principal Industrial Security Analyst in Marlborough, Massachusetts
This position requires an experienced and mature professional to perform sensitive security duties at our cleared facility in Marlborough, MA. The candidate will be responsible for documenting and implementing program enhanced security measures, ensuring all company and customer security requirements are met. This position will collaborate with the program manager, employees and customers on security requirements. The position will also be responsible for briefing, training and educating program employees on their security responsibilities as well as preparing any required reports. The candidate will be directly supporting the program and program manager but will report to the FSO and may be required to provide support to other programs and perform other security duties as directed and as resources permit. The candidate will collaborate across other security and non-security functions, maintaining strong working relationships, ensuring mutual requirements and goals are met leading to a compliant security program. This position requires U.S. Citizenship.
Must have at least 5 years of related DoD or Industrial Security experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen with current Top Secret Clearance
In-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual as stated in 32 CFR Part 117 and associated Industrial Security Letters with the ability to research and interpret security guidance
Understanding of Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07 series.
Familiarity with ICD 705
Experience with Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) security vulnerability assessments or other similar, comprehensive security evaluations or inspections
Experience writing, editing and issuing Program Protection Implementation Plans, Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Business travel may be required
Experience in conducting Security Investigations/Administrative Inquiries and interviewing employees for security infractions/violations.
Ability to establish an effective employee security education program
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to collaborate and partner with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.
Effective at organizing and prioritizing customer/management requests within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
5 years of experience in a security related field with continuously increased responsibilities
Working knowledge of OPSEC with OPSEC Level II certification
Knowledge of classified document control processes to include: control and accountability of classified material, transmission, reproduction, destruction
DSS-certified FSO having completed the DSS CDSE (Center for the Development Security Excellence) curriculum FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (IS030.CU)
Required Education (including Major):
- Bachelor’s Degree f rom an accredited college or university.
