Raytheon Technologies Program Cost Schedule and Control Manager- Remote Opportunity! in Marlborough, Massachusetts

The AMDR Team is looking for a Business Manager for the Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) for the Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) program. The successful candidate will partner with the PM, Capture Mgr.’s, IPT Leads, and CAMs providing the team with insight and solutions to better drive the business and program needs. The Business Manager will report to the SPY-6 Business Manager and will be responsible for all financial aspects of the program, including but not limited to:
External financial reporting and analysis to support program execution
Ensure EVMS reporting compliant to 10255 and DFARS requirements
Monthly IPMR CDRL (Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81861)
Trend analysis for EVMS metrics include staffing/labor analysis and tracking
Internal Program Management Reviews
CSDR customer report as required (1921, 1921-1, 1921-2 Reports)
Internal financial reporting and analysis to support program execution
Quarterly EAC reviews, with Compliance to internal policy and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
Strategic planning, including development of Five Year Plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Monthly forecast for financial planning and analysis, including Sales, Bookings, Cash Flow, and Profit
Development and financial oversight of program related investments, if applicable
Business Growth and Leadership
Proposal Finance Lead on various Capture efforts.
Support program growth including proposal activities and pricing
Actively support and encourage R6S projects
Management responsibility of team of 2 finance professionals
This position can be remote at the discretion of the hiring manager.
Proficient in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions.
Professional experience of applied EVMS principles including EVMS Certification
The candidate must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good written and verbal skills including demonstrated ability to succinctly present complex information to all levels of management and external parties such as audit agencies (DCAA/DCMA).
Demonstrated ability to prioritize concurrent requirements and accommodate numerous stakeholders.
Strong computer skills, which include high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel – Advanced MS Excel [Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros, etc.].
Financial controls experience
Understanding of Raytheon financial metrics and accounting policies and procedures
Demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines
Strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of organization
Ability to quickly analyze data to assist in prudent business decision making
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Experience and knowledge of MS Project
Required Education (including Major):
Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional working experience
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting Bus. Admin., or related field)
