Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Program Manager for the Skyler Radar contracts within the Air Traffic Systems (ATS) product line.

In this role, you will be responsible for the financial, schedule and technical performance of the Skyler programs and pursuits, to include capture of new business opportunities, executing current contracts and follow-on phases. This role reports to the Director of Surveillance Systems and is based in Marlborough, MA

What You’ll Get to Do:

This position aligns the program team with business priorities and provides clear direction aligned with organizational goals to ensure Raytheon's contractual and financial commitments, standards of conduct, and promotes a One Company perspective for the most effective solutions to meet customer needs and grow the business. The Program Manager acts as the primary customer contact on capture, status and performance, and interfaces regularly with suppliers/subcontractors and business leaders for execution of the programs and coordinating/costing proposals. The Program Manager anticipates and fulfills customer needs to ensure continued business growth.

This position is responsible for day-to-day execution of the Skyler Radar Programs. Duties include management of all cost, schedule and technical execution of the assigned programs as well as developing business strategies and roadmaps. The position requires regular interface with our functional counterparts such as Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Quality and requires regular interfacing with our internal customers at RI&S. The results of these programs is critical to the future business growth.

This position has an overall responsibility for annual sales up to $20 million with an opportunity for significant future growth.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications/Required Skills:

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years.

•prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience

•Level 4 Raytheon Program Management Certification or ability to achieve certification within 6 months.

•Business Development experience

•Prior experience in maintaining Program Financial Controls including: Earned Value Management Systems, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring applications.

•EVMS Certification, or the ability to attain within 6 months

•Excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate program status, issues and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including internal senior leadership, customers, and subcontractors

•Must be highly organized and be an effective leader, communicator, decision maker and able to inspire teams to meet production targets.

•Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

•5+ years of experience working on Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) programs during design, development, and production phases.

•Experience in commerciality and service models

•Experience working with international customers

•Ability to guide multiple agile contracts, demonstrations, and pursuits

•Experience with business and project management tools and procedures (e.g. IPDS, EVMS, IMS/IMP, Risk Management, Financial Forecasts and EAC)

•Experience working development/sustainment/logistics programs

•Experienced in integrating major subsystems into turnkey approach

•6 Sigma Specialist or equivalent certification
