Raytheon Technologies Supply Chain Manager in McKinney, Texas
Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager (SCM) to provide supply chain accountability to the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) Factory. The job role will require the SCM to engage with other program aligned SCMs, Acquisitions, Strategic Sourcing, Program Engineering, Mission Assurance, Program Management, Materials Management, and suppliers in addressing factory build plan requirements and On-Time Delivery (OTD). Candidate must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, developing and executing material strategies, and must be comfortable interfacing and presenting to internal management.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for Gates 0-11 activities
Monitor and proactively address performance and financial metrics including those related to cost, schedule, quality, and EVMS
Collaborate with programs to maximize efficiency of ISRS execution and leverage commonality where applicable
Drive commonality & promote competition across all ISRS programs by collaborating with suppliers, operations and engineering
Strong tactical skills – will be required to focus on getting material into factory workcell kits, expediting material through quality check, pushing material returned to vendors (RTVs,), etc.
Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience – Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Operations, Production Control, Engineering, Finance or Project / Program / Relationship management
Working knowledge of supply chain and related systems
General knowledge in negotiations with suppliers
Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point)
Raytheon MPM certification or equivalent experience
Experience working with MRP systems, such as SAP and the Raytheon Supply Chain Suite of Tools systems
Comfortable data-mining, creating graphs/charts/presentations, and presenting findings/recommendations
Experience implementing continuous improvement, Six Sigma or Lean methodologies/principals
General understanding of working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
Supply chain or business experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry
Working knowledge of US Government acquisition laws and regulations
EVMS, Earned Value certification or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and the ability to work in an IPT environment
Experience working with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Quality functions
Experience with developing and analyzing performance metrics as well as experience proactively addressing associated program and functional issues
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following areas: Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Science, Math, or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
