We are seeking an Engineer for Eagle Supply experienced in repair engineering at our aftermarket site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Pratt and Whitney is a world leader in aircraft engines and auxiliary power units. We design, manufacture and service aircraft engines, auxiliary and ground power units, and small turbojet propulsion products.

Pratt and Whitney Eagle Supply is the component repair management organization for Pratt Whitney Military Engines, and currently supports the F119, F135, and F100 engine lines. Eagle Supply manages the maintenance, repair and overhaul value stream to meet Pratt and Whitney Engine Program, Fleet Management and US Government Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul contract requirements. Eagle Supply is seeking a Component Repair Engineer to support engine program activity in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.


Maintain and establish Eagle Supply component repairs for 5th generation engines

  • Provide integration leadership for Eagle Supply component repair implementation, collaboration directly with GSE, CSE, JPO, Component IPT, Logistics IPT, USAF.

  • Supplier technical support: Technical Data Interpretation, Service master development repair

  • Source Qualification, First Article Validation, Process Control, Problem Resolution according to Eagle Supply Organization performance objectives

  • Provide consistent daily on-site engineering support for internal Eagle Supply customer base to resolve program technical support challenges.

  • Support technical communication, customer briefings, presentations as required to support customer requirements.

  • Support engine hardware inspection and repair development reviews in conjunction with GSE, CIPT, LIPT.

  • Active use of continuous improvement tools and participation in projects and events is expected.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering discipline

  • Experienced in MRO component or process repair engineering

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearances.

  • Must be able to obtain base pass on Tinker AFB.

Preferred Qualification

  • Self-starter with engine hardware knowledge

  • Strong analytical problem solving, decision making skills coupled with the ability to clearly articulate issues.

  • Interpersonal skills must be congruent with cross functional teaming.

  • Strong project management and repair engineering skills in an MRO operating environment
