HSCR1: HS World Wide Repair - Miramar 3601 Flamingo Road, Miramar, FL, 33027 USA
Under minimal supervision will perform varied and complex tasks within the assigned cell, will disassemble, clean, inspect, assemble and final prep at least 80% of components within the shop (Electric Power, Accessories, Avionics).
Resolves most questions and problems, may serve as a resource on several topics, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
Must orient, train employees on shop’s product line. Lead or co-lead cell’s team in continuous improvement projects. Will serve as back up to Lead Technician.
Actively participate in ACE continuous improvement and environmental, health and safety activities
Remain informed of and understand CSL and TAT goals for the team.
Work in close cooperation with supervision and other support personnel to resolve problems as necessary.
As certified trainer will be responsible for training employees on 80% of product line in facility
Will lead/co-lead and implement projects relating to business objectives.
Utilize computer system by entering and retrieving information to perform normal daily activities.
Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain neat and orderly work area.
Work to specifications and use all required equipment to perform assigned work according to FAA and company regulations.
Interface with customers (government or auditors) as necessary.
Inspect and disposition components and modules. Perform rework/repair, scrap and replace/order components, modules and LRU’s as required.
Assemble, disassemble, perform minor cleaning, inspect, troubleshoot and test all types of manufactured electric power and/or accessory components as required.
Check clearances, tolerances and alignment making necessary replacements and adjustments to assure conformance to manufacturer’s specifications/configurations.
Verify electrical continuity, insulation resistance testing, and dielectric testing of electro mechanical devices.
HS Diploma or GED is required a minimum of 2 years on electric power experience.
US Person is required.
- 2-5 years’ experience on 145 Repair Station is preferred.
