Collins Aerospace Repair Management Services is seeking an energetic individual with strong customer focus and tactical execution. The position will encompass responsibilities such as coordinating customer (Airline) hardware and paperwork for induction into the system, and monitoring the completion of inductions for same-day shipment to our supply base.

The candidate will also partner with various organizational functions, such as Shipping and Receiving personnel, Supply Chain Management, Material Management, and Administration, to drive internal turn time requirements for aftermarket customer repairs. In a highly visible role, competency in Communication, Teamwork, Customer Focus and Analytical Thinking are important to be successful in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage key tactical induction processes to internal turn time requirements

  • Support Customer Account Specialists by liaising between the facility receiving dock for incoming units and distributing paperwork to complete inductions. Activities include, but are not limited to: obtaining customer paperwork from the hardware receiving line, organizing, labeling, and scanning paperwork for distribution to the Customer Account Specialists

  • Track and provide data to Customer Account Specialists for resolution of hardware assigned to the Hospital/Disposition unit rack

  • Ensure 100% utilization of the standard work tools to support key business processes

  • Create and update standard work documents on shared drive and SharePoint site

  • Create reports and update key metrics in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Basic Qualifications:• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holderPreferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Operations or Supply Chain

  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Working experience in ERP system (SAP)
