We are looking for Repair Technicians in our Monroe, NC MRO/Aftermarket facility, one of the most rapidly growing facilities across the company.
1st Shift: Mon. - Fri. 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM EDT
Assist in the major and minor assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, testing, and disposition of various types of components & accessories under direct to moderate supervision as required.
Work in close cooperation with your direct supervisor and other support personnel such as the Shop Engineer, Customer Service, Buyer, and Final Inspectors in a professional manner to resolve issues according to FAA and company regulations as directed.
Work to approved technical data specifications and use all required tools and equipment to perform assigned work according to FAA and company regulations.
Actively participates in the audit process to ensure that established quality and safety standards are met.
Participate in the development and implementation of cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
Participate in the development and implementation of new activities to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of facilities.
Accountable for all materials and logistics problem resolutions to ensure availability of materials.
Reviews issues with cell performance and productivity and oversees the development and implementation of action plans to maximize performance and productivity.
Participates in customer interface as necessary to ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
Includes activities that cannot be attributed to a defined Operations discipline.
High School Diploma or AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with less than 2 years of relevant experience
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Electrical troubleshooting experience greatly preferred.
