The F119 Sustainment Program for the Raptor Engine (SPaRE) contract with the United States Air Force (USAF) covers material, maintenance, tooling, tech data and engineering/technical support of the F119 engines that powers the F-22 Raptor. The F119 is included in the P&W/USAF Public-Private Partnership specifically covering the module repair activities at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. This position is responsible for F119 Depot Sustainment program execution at OKC.

The responsibilities include:

  • Prioritization and execution of the program required module overhaul inductions/production

  • Logistics support of repairs from both the module overhaul and field repairs

  • Disposition of unserviceable hardware from the central inventory warehouse

  • Cost account manager of module overhauls

  • This position requires strong integration with the Sustainment Program Management and supporting organizations located in EH, the Military Engines Sustainment operations team located in OKC, the F-22 field assigned P&W teams, and the USAF for depot operations.

    Education/Certifications:

  • BS required

  • A degree in aerospace, engineering, or related technical field preferred

    Experience/Qualifications:

    Required:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership tole

  • US Citizen due to government contracts

  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance

    Preferred:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous experience with the military or F119 engine

  • Depot-level maintenance experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft software programs/data bases/Project/Visio

  • Ability to problem solve in a dynamic, complex environment
