This position is for an Intern/Co-Op, who can work independently and with guidance to help develop processes within OPS Excellence, drive process improvements, and drive initiatives to support business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of standardized processes within OPS Excellence (Cost Reduction, Delivery Assurance, SiOP) in order to optimize the utilization of business resources to meet internal and external goals

  • Support team initiatives and help drive process improvements through the retrieval, analysis, and publication of necessary data

  • Develop and maintain reports

  • Learn OPS Excellence policy and procedures.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to help document requirements, develop budgets, and implement solutions

  • Participate/Lead ad­hoc projects, as needed

  • Collaborate with the business units to help implement the tools and techniques

  • Develop new models and tools under the direction of leadership

  • Prepare cost and performance management reports for internal and external customers

  • Support customer and internal reviews

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

  • Must have at least 30 credits completed by the start of the session.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to pay high attention to detail

  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP a plus

  • Experience leveraging diligence and persistence to follow projects through to conclusion
