Raytheon Technologies Technical Operations Coordinator in Richardson, Texas
The Technical Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Product Line Leader within EO Innovations. This position will support various Programs and Projects within EO Innovations.
The Technical Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating program activities to ensure program objectives are being met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Reporting, Program or Business Area status updates, Schedule (IMS) Management, Cost Controls including Variance Analysis, assisting with quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) efforts, assisting with budgeting, baselining, quote / proposal support and serving on an Integrated Product Team (IPT). This position will require the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
The candidate will work with various members of the IPT to include all functions within EO Innovations. The individual will work on process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all aspects of the organization. Working closely with the Program Management Lead(s), the candidate will manage program status, schedule meetings, be responsible for Risks and Opportunities, maintain action items lists, perform follow-up, and develop an efficient program battle rhythm. This position is a strong foundation for a career in program management, planning or operations management.
Key Job Functions:
Responsible for monitoring Program reports to include status updates/inputs and review for accuracy and standardization. This will include any business area or programmatic daily, weekly or monthly status and reporting.
Effectively work to ensure sales orders are received. Work with master scheduler/planner to set up any sales orders, including purchase orders or IOTs (Inter-Organizational Transfer).
Review Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) and Program Health Dashboards for accuracy.
Ensure accuracy of forecast labor and material requirements to produce reliable Estimates At Complete (EACs).
Attend meetings for PM Lead(s) as necessary and assist with other tasks as needed.
Responsible for Program Risks and Opportunities. Ensure programs are tracking risks and opportunities and holding monthly meetings to gain updates.

Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
PM Cert 6 or ability to achieve within a year
Experience in the defense industry
Experience managing IOT contracts and/or operating in a manufacturing environment
Knowledgeable of scheduling and MS Project
Current Raytheon EVM Certification or Industry equivalent
Demonstrated knowledge of Cost Management as well as a working knowledge of planning and financial analysis
Understanding optical fabrication concepts and testing of EO/IR assemblies and subassemblies
Demonstrated ability to make reasonable and sound decisions based on utilization of analytical and interpretive techniques to assess EVM compliance, materiality, and process implementation
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited university
