Electric Power Systems is currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, Contract Coordinator to join our team. Being a positive, helpful, team player in a cohesive and collaborative working environment is a critical skill.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Contract Administrator, Contracts Manager, and the program office in the administration of programs and their contracts.

  • Assist with Aged Receivable processing, Production Return processing, maintaining spreadsheets/logs, database maintenance, and creation of presentation material.

  • Accurate and timely order administration duties involving the loading and management of customer OEM Production and Zero Hour Return orders and their delivery requirements within SAP.

  • The Coordinator will be a key member of the team and work closely in support of the Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, and Value Stream Leader while being responsible for the accuracy of the orders placed in SAP, the management and maintenance of those orders, as well as the order’s fulfillment and shipment to the customer.

  • Maintain and organize Contracts audit artifacts, including customer correspondence, and performing filing and clerical activities where necessary.

  • Adhere to Import / Export compliance requirements.

  • Coordination within the customer program team.

  • Adhere to and comply with standard work, processes, procedures, and work instructions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Contract Administrator Support – any administrative duties required by the Contract Administrator including activities associated with managing efforts related to open invoices/aged receivable processing, maintaining spreadsheets/logs, database maintenance, customer correspondence maintenance, and creation of presentation material and reports

    Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

  • OR In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.

  • US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience using SAP

  • Excel Experience – including Pivot Tables, Vlook-ups
