Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) is seeking a Principle Specialist in property management to ensure continual accountability of Government, associate contractor, and /or Company property in accordance with applicable government regulations and corporate policy. Provide assistance and technical expertise with property issues and support property control activities at multiple sites, including San Diego and Fullerton. Act as a company point of contact during audits and inventories. May lead property activities regarding contract closures and assist with disposition of program assets. Serve as responsible business unit point of contact for corporate IDIQ contracts and complete all reporting requirements. Participates in property audits and provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability. Recommends and assists with implementation of property administration policy and prepares periodic and special purpose reports. Potential for this position to be performed mostly remote, but will at minimum require periodic on site support.
Minimum of 4 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Property/Asset Management.
Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, DoD and NASA regulations in Aerospace and/or Defense industry with government contracts.
Experience with operating and interpreting inventory management systems to execute various property transactions including, but not limited to: Record Updates, Acquisition, Disposition, Contractual Inventory Transfers, and Contract Closeout Activities.
Ability to support customer-directed or internal property audits and assessments.
Familiarity with the government or company-owned property lifecycle from Acquisition to Contract Closeout.
Effective Communication Skills - Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbal and written.
Regulatory Comprehension Skills - Ability to comprehend, recognize and provide advice to the Company to ensure compliance.
Experience creating and delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data
SAP (APEX/PRISM) Experience.
Ability to prioritize competing tasks to complete assignments on time with minimal supervision.
Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certification through NPMA.
Secret clearance or ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
