Event Mission Manager

The Event Mission Manager will work within the multi-contractor Integration and Test (I&T) Functional Area of the Missile Defense National Team (MDNT) on the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program.
Lead I&T efforts, and work with other organizations, to characterize C2BMC performance in multi-system BMD System (BMDS) tests
Use System Engineering processes to lead teams of MDNT technical test staff and Operations & Sustainment (O&S) personnel
Test event planning and test plan documentation
Coordinate test team support, implementation and deployment and oversight of test resource integration
Near-real-time analysis of observed performance, including anomaly resolution and troubleshooting
Oversight of in-depth analysis of test results and reporting of test implementation results orally and in writing to a variety of audiences
Work with other MDNT FAs to ensure testability of C2BMC test objectives and the C2BMC components of test architectures
Work with the Event Mission Manager to represent C2BMC in MDA/DT event planning and test implementation
Ensure proper C2BMC participation in Joint Analysis Teams analysis efforts
Contribute to MDA/DT reporting of BMDS test results
Contribute to long-range test campaign planning as required
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience developing plan to test software-intensive system in various multi-system venues (ground tests; flight tests; war games and exercises); including test methodology, detailed test procedures, identification and integration of test resources, data collection, trans/post-test analysis of results
Experience in test implementation in accordance with test plans in a variety of venues
Experience in near-real-time quantitative/qualitative analysis of test results during and immediately after test implementation
Experience interpreting test results and communication of resulting information to test community and senior program leadership.
Experience documenting test, to include architecture, problems/lessons learned results versus objectives
Knowledge of one or more of the following C2BMC functions a plus: situational awareness; track forwarding/dissemination; sensor management; engagement coordination/battle management; communications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Must meet minimum requirements of DOD 8570 IAT II certification (Security +, etc.)
Some travel to test locations, and some non-standard work hours are likely.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $78,000 to $146,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
