Cell Leader (Special Process Operations)
Turbine Overhaul Services
Manage the operations of the Repair Cell and lead a team of up to 20-30 Special Process Technicians.
Lead operations cells to meet the operations key performance metrics and goals
Provide odd-hour or weekend shift supervision, as necessary.
Manage all profit & loss of the operations cells and to meet company’s revenue/profit goals
Ensure Environment Health &Safety, Quality, Ethics and Achieving Competitive Excellence standards are fully complied in the operations cells
Provide effective communication across the cells, and provide leadership development and performance feedback to the shop floor employees.
Obtain the necessary resources (equipment, manpower, etc.) effectively to meet long range and near term goals.
Review staffing and training required including performance, salary, and career appraisals for assigned personnel as well as hiring, retaining and developing new key technical talent.
Assist in the development and implementation of EH&S management systems and to integrate EH&S into the individual business process
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Min 2 years' experience in production, operations or manufacturing with supervisory role.
Comfortable to be deployed to 2nd shift supervision as and when it’s required.
Comfortable to be 24/7 on call.
Candidates with leadership experience in any industry, preferably with relevant experience in special process are welcome to apply.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Candidates from aerospace industry, manufacturing or aero-component repair is an added advantage.
