10 Loyang Crescent, Singapore Responsibilities:
Builds a strong partnering relationship with the internal stakeholders (head of departments, employees)
Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes
Manage and implement employee engagement activities at site-level
Liaise closely with Payroll/ vendor to provide proper documentation for payroll administration
Execute benefits administration (including but not limited to medical and insurance claims, employee recognition programmers)
Support talent acquisition-related activities as required, such as onboarding, interviews and student internships
Assume the role of the onsite HRIS administrator: Workday, Prosoft/ SAGE etc.
Prepare monthly headcount reports and other ad-hoc reporting
Participate actively in HR initiatives and benefits harmonization projects
Provide HR support for Australia remote site
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to deliver within tight timelines
High level of attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
