Raytheon Technologies HR Partner (2-Year Contract) in Singapore, Singapore

10 Loyang Crescent, Singapore Responsibilities:

  • Builds a strong partnering relationship with the internal stakeholders (head of departments, employees)

  • Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes

  • Manage and implement employee engagement activities at site-level

  • Liaise closely with Payroll/ vendor to provide proper documentation for payroll administration

  • Execute benefits administration (including but not limited to medical and insurance claims, employee recognition programmers)

  • Support talent acquisition-related activities as required, such as onboarding, interviews and student internships

  • Assume the role of the onsite HRIS administrator: Workday, Prosoft/ SAGE etc.

  • Prepare monthly headcount reports and other ad-hoc reporting

  • Participate actively in HR initiatives and benefits harmonization projects

  • Provide HR support for Australia remote site


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to deliver within tight timelines

  • High level of attention to details

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint

  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
