Raytheon Technologies Sr Mgr, Facilities in Springfield, Virginia
We’re looking for a highly motivated and collaborative facility specialist to join the Raytheon Intelligence & Space Communications team as a Facility Manager. This role will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance and operation of electrical, mechanical and structural infrastructure.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Manages storage areas, props and furnishings for facility. Ensuring that facility is well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance Ensuring that facility meets compliance standards and set regulations Plan for future by forecasting the facility upcoming needs and requirements Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects Ensure all required operations paperwork is completed and up-to-date including permits, inspections, and compliance. All other duties as assigned.
10 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience is required. Understanding of the principles of designing, installing and operating a building facility. Ability to lift 75 lbs. Forklift Certified
Knowledge and familiarity with the installation, operation and maintenance of a wide range of audio, visual and lighting equipment.
Provide assistance with all event preparation and set-up, support, or with any job required for a smooth operation of all events.
Highly detailed oriented and organized.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to effectively communicate and present information and respond to requirements

Must have experience with common hand tools
Ability to learn to use a variety of tools and equipment; maintain routine records and reports in computerized and written formats; effectively use email and automated calendaring systems; understand and follow oral and written directions; work from blue prints, shop drawings and sketches; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with poly and be crossover eligible
