Raytheon Technologies Sr Project Mgmt Liaison in Sterling, Virginia
Raytheon Intelligence & Space, Cybersecurity, Training and Services is seeking a Project Management Liaison to support a proprietary customer program.
The position is responsible for providing a wide range of services including, but not limited to, program office support, administrative support, participation in recurring program meetings for the generation of meeting minutes and action item recording/tracking, management of laboratory and office consumables, and ad-hoc administrative tasking as required.
The position requires frequent direct interaction with customers, providing a positive approach that results in the delivery of prompt and effective customer service.
This position is the focal point for ad-hoc tasking and responsibilities are constantly dynamic.
Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph.
Must have four years or more of experience working within a large office environment providing program, data management, and organizational support.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, executing tasking independently while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and ensuring timely completion to all requests.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite to produce reports, charts, and procedural documents.
Must be detailed oriented with the proven ability to organize and prioritize tasking.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts.
A team player, exhibited willingness to assist in other program areas as needed.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Experience in Data and Configuration Management roles to include archive experience for program CDRLs, technical data, drawings, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint.
Experience working with engineering teams.
Experience with procurements and/or logistics.
Experience with program facility security operations, such as electronic badging and visitor control.
Prefer candidate with knowledge of Raytheon Policies and Procedures.
Prefer candidate with knowledge of US Government Policies and Procedures.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (4) years of relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree with 10 years of relevant work experience or a High School diploma with 12 years of experience.
