Raytheon Blackbird Technologies (RBT) within the Cyber Protection Services (CPS) group is seeking a high-potential person with superb leadership qualities to fill a key Program Manager position within the Special Missions Solutions (SMS) sub-group.

SMS needs an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of CPS services/product-related technical US Government programs.

The Program Manager ensures the successful delivery of solutions to customers, foster and strengthen customer relationships, support business development, and collaborate with RBT functional areas.

The Program Manager leads and motivates a team of dedicated and talented engineers to maintain high-quality and successful program execution. The Program Manager requires solid general business knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong working knowledge of program management and contracting with the US Government.

The Program manager plans and assigns high-level tasking, collaborates with engineers, functional area colleagues, and program management peers to provide informed execution leadership.

The Program Manager employs program management best practices to plan, execute, monitor and control and report status along with risks, and opportunities to RBT management and to customers.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award, requires active TS/SCI clearance and maintenance thereof. Position is located in Tampa, FL and requires 20% CONUS travel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure the proper resources are leveraged to plan and execute customer programs.

Manage daily program operations and identify and resolve resource issues or schedule risks. Elevate problems to management as required.

Work across teams and functional organizations and maintain compliance with all export/import regulations.

Employ program management best practices to ensure customer technical requirements and deliverables are met and programs are on schedule, within budget, and maintain a high-degree of customer satisfaction

Employ scheduling, workflows, and leadership skills and tools to prioritize, assign, and ensure accomplishment of tasks

Collaborate with customers to ensure a clear understanding of their requirements and leverage company products and capabilities to meet those needs

Work with program teams to ensure, identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, and leverage opportunities.

Effectively communicate program status to customers and Raytheon management.

Required Skills:

Bachelor Degree preferred with 8-10 years of experience in Program Management

Experience and familiarity with Government contracting with the U.S. defense and intelligence communities

PMP or the ability to obtain successful certification within 3 months of offer

Agile experience

Experience with DoD security accreditation requirements for IT systems

Motivated and skilled at managing people and managing processes

Ability to undertake independent business development initiatives and support corporate customer outreach efforts

Outstanding written and oral communication skills;

Experience in business development and building customer relationships

Excellent self-management and organizational skills, and ability to work with little direct supervision

Project management skills including cost, schedule, risk, and opportunity assessment

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills and negotiation skills

Solid grasp of information technology fundamentals, and ability to leverage technical analysis, presentation, project management, and financial tools

Desired Skills:

Special Operations (SOF) experience/background is a plus Experience with DevOps and/or DevSecOps in the development/integration of technology solutions Experience with advanced data analysis and integration efforts
