This position is for a Return Goods Associate who works with internal and external customers to effectively process the logistics and all business aspects associated with wheel and brake customer returns for warrantee determination, brake control system management, and engineering evaluation.
Manages brake control system and / or wheel and brake customer returns, including issuing return authorization, work order and sales order generation, parts ordering, quoting, shipping and delivery of product.
Coordinate’s engineering evaluation support including maintaining the database, moving materials for testing, closure, and scrap certificate generation.
Provides support, job and part status, as well as problem resolution to customers.
Uses critical thinking, problem solving skills and team work to resolve customer related issues.
Implement new procedures and techniques to improve processes.
Solves complex problems and may serve as a resource on varied tasks.
Periodically assist in orienting and training other employees.
Bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP (or other MRP equivalent), and customer service or operations support experience preferred.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing environment preferred
