The Cruise Missile portfolio of programs is seeking a Growth and Development Program Manager who will be responsible for the profit/loss and overall execution of non-program of record contracts and developing/implementing strategic capture plans for new domestic & International business opportunities in excess of $2B. This PM will implement campaign plans for future generation growth across end users and platforms. The Growth and Development PM is accountable for new business capture strategy development, management of all program growth initiative pursuits, as well as the management and execution of non program of record contracts.
Specific duties to include:
•Profit/loss and execution of the non program of record contracts, activities, and demo’s.
•Maintaining multiple senior customer relationships to include resource sponsors, Government Program offices, the user community, and strategic industry relationships.
•Drive collaboration with customers and Raytheon Technologies enterprise leaders to co-develop solutions needed to fill capabilities gaps and grow our programs
•Direct and oversee enterprise teams to define, analyze and develop potential solutions for urgent customer requests
•Promote/drive early customer engagements to build up mission area understanding and customer trust by sharing trade study/analysis results, demonstrations, Modeling and Simulation results, live firings, etc.
•Direct and oversee CI, PTW, Strategy developments, BOE development, proposal submission, & negotiations for multiple pursuits and campaigns.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with US Government laws, policies and regulations governing business with international customers. Serves as focal point for any worldwide international growth strategies, while also developing and implementing in-country win strategies, developing industrial teaming strategies and maintaining the overall growth roadmap.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
•Administrative oversight for direct and matrix team members; new business capture; lead in preparation of responses to Requests for Information, Price and Availability estimates.
•Vigilant management of New Business Investment funds as allocated by RMD
•Development and execution of pursuit plans and strategy; teaming strategies; business case, deal to win (technical, management and cost); customer engagements; compliance with contract terms and financial goals.
•Interface with the resource sponsor, USN program offices, and USN fleet.
•Understanding the conops of hitting an enemy ship and heavily defended targets, which is a highly specialized area of expertise.
•Working with new service partners to understand their warfighting requirements and align solutions to enable these new customers to adopt our effectors easily. This will include coordinating and conducting demonstrations and experiments with extensive collaboration with the customers and other divisions of RTX.
•Identifying capability gaps to allow the capture of future growth opportunities
The preferred location is Tucson, AZ but will consider candidates for remote work near an RMD facility. This position also requires domestic travel about 25% of the time.
Qualifications You Must Have:
•Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) OR related business discipline.
•12 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in working with customers and professionally representing the company in the customer community.
•Prior experience as an IPT Lead or program manager with ability to lead teams and develop employees.
•Experience with developing and communicating a program capture/growth strategy, and inspiring engagement on a vision
•Certified Raytheon Technologies Missile and Defense Program Manager Level 5 certification or higher – Or ability to obtain certification within 12 months of starting.
An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance

•Familiarity with FMS process, ITAR, offset and FCPA
