Whole Life Engineering (WLE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. WLE consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our WLE disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

As a Depot Coordinator, you’ll focus on asset repair activities and Government Furnished Property (GFP) accounting in support of the Sustainment Management charter of carrying out product support strategies to achieve affordable operational readiness consistent with Warfighter objectives from the development, production, sustainment and disposal of the entire system
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
As the Depot Coordinator on the AMRAAM Program, your responsibilities will include:
Driving the optimal utilization and efficient handling of government customer owned containers by evaluating availability against the master schedule, operational strategy, fielding plan, and contract requirements
Presenting container utilization recommendations to the operations manager, and adapting to usage decisions by incorporating requirements to repack containers
Verifying the condition of government owned containers, and ensuring proper contractual accountability
Communicating end item availability information to external customers
Developing and maintaining charts to communicate requirements, status, and constraints to program leadership; highlighting risks and providing recommendations for mitigation
Identifying and communicating vendor repair priorities to support factory schedules
Participate in component material utilization assessments
Supporting improvements to depot / program service metrics (turnaround times or availability reporting)
Preparing inbound and outbound shipments and partnering with COMSEC office
Initiating hardware movements within and among plant sites
Extracting historical data and failure details from government databases
Releasing service orders using LOKI
Identifying and elevating technical execution risks (includes technical discipline, technical performance, cost and schedule performance) to depot management
This role is posted as part time telecommuting, but may transition to full time onsite work.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Education: Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. (Two years of related work experience can substitute for one year of college education).
2+ years of experience with depot support, sustainment, logistics or manufacturing operations
Supply Chain experience or experience with Government Furnished Property
An active and in-scope Secret US Security Clearance with ability to secure and maintain SAP/SAR accesses
Qualifications We Value:
Current or previous experience with factory / depot repair processes
Missile Systems/USG depot experience
Extensive knowledge of PRISM, LOKI, CABS, and USG databases
Experience with government contracts
Demonstrated understanding of RMD products and processes, including other WLE disciplines
Experience with MS Excel charts, tables, and formulas
College degree majors may include: Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
