Raytheon Technologies Digital Asset Management Analyst in Tucson, Arizona

This is a temporary position of undetermined length.

The Digital Asset Management analyst will provide critical RMD Integrated Asset Management operational initiative support to unify RMD DT Asset Management by harmonizing capabilities to sustain compliance, mitigate cybersecurity risk, and deliver operational efficiencies. The role will help represent RMD Digital Asset Management to define requirements and business cases as well as help coordinate outcomes with business and technology teams. The analyst executes organizational change management activities to drive adoption and sustain change. Key Job Functions:

  • Analyzes asset management processes to formulate and develop integrated solutions

  • Creates business cases to clarify benefit considerations and value dependencies

  • Produces, replicates, and impacts operational initiative metrics

  • Contributes to successful completion of initiative objectives and key results

  • Acts as Organizational Change Management advocate to execute to operational initiative OCM plan

  • Communicates across stakeholders to drive adoption and sustain change

  • Assists with capturing R&O and acts to mitigate risks and realize opportunities as applicable

  • Collaborates with business partners and Enterprise stakeholders to help identify business specific needs

  • Works closely with team(s) and lead(s) to turn business needs into prioritized, actionable outcomes

  • Supports the overall strength and resiliency of the operational initiative

  • May perform Scrum Master or Project Manager activities to support execution

  • Provide additional assistance on ad hoc requirements

  • Relevant certifications

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field and a minimum of two years’ progressive experience in information systems

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
