Job Summary:

The Sustainment and Sensors team is seeking a motivated finance professional to join the Phalanx/SeaRAM program as a Principal Financial Analyst. The Phalanx program is a challenging and highly complex program consisting of large DOD/FMS spares, repairs, and existing performance based logistics (PBL) contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial operations, team training, contract negotiations, collaboration and relationship building with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Coordinating and managing the quarterly Estimate At Complete (EAC) process

  • Supporting budget/baselining new or changing work scope, including supporting external deliverables (CDRLs).

  • Assisting with ad-hoc financial requests and special projects

  • Provide training and mentorship to Phalanx spares and repairs financial analyst

  • Interfacing with the program leadership, accounting, and other stakeholders

  • Partnering with program team to lead successful negotiations for new and undefinitized contracts.

    An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master’s is equal to 2 years of experience.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related

  • 5+ Years finance related working experience

  • Experience with SAP (APEX/PRISM) or similar tools

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel – advanced skills utilizing extremely large data sets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, graphing etc.)
