The SM-3 IIA Finance Team is looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership in analyzing and reporting booking, sales, profit, and cash for the SM-3 IIA Portfolio, including both Production and Development programs. You will partner with the Senior Director overseeing SM-3 IIA as well as with 15+ Program Managers, program finance analysts, and cross functional team. You will be responsible for ensuring weekly updates to BSEC, monthly updates to forecast and balance sheet (such as unbilled, backlog, billing, etc) are complete, along with other FP&A deliverables such as Annual Operating Plan (AOP), 5 year, including all reviews and updates to internal systems. You will also be responsible for improving current processes and procedures for FP&A and providing on-going financial training for the program team.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Improving current processes and procedures for FP&A and providing on-going financial training for the program team.
An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master's is equal to 2 years of experience.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related
5 Years of professional experience in a related finance role
Excellent computer skills experience, which include a high level of proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros, etc.).
Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM, Rplan, and Analysis for Office reporting or similar)
