Raytheon Technologies Lead Logistics Multi-Site Manager in Tucson, Arizona
The Lead Logistics Multi-Site Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Logistics Managers assigned to operations in Huntsville, Camden, and Dallas locations. In addition, responsibilities will include integration, coordination, and direct engagement with the functional team and cross functional and program partners, in pursuit of day to day Logistics strategic projects execution; advocating for Logistics plans, processes, and business objectives, and the harmonization and implementation of Logistics best practices. Position will be based out of Tucson, AZ reporting directly to the Associate Director of Logistics.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Develop strategic partnerships within our internal functional organizations
Utilize/grow knowledge of key practices in collaboration with subject matter experts
Establish standards and an executable project roadmap towards the achievement of strategic goals
Drive consistency across all teams and locations against designed best practices
Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Establish effective working relationships with business partners and Logistics leads to deliver top results throughout the enterprise
Lead Logistics teams with trust, respect and a high display of integrity
Travel between AZ, TX, AL, and AR required up to 50% of the time
Qualifications you Must Have:
- BS or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related fields. An MBA or equivalent business graduate degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience encompassing strong personnel leadership achievement in a collaborative, cross-functional, matrix environment within the Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Program functions
Experience with inventory management, planning, and warehousing operations
ASCM CSCP (or equivalent) or to achieve within 12 months of hire
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Understanding of Finance, Logistics, Industrial Operations, and Supply Chain processes, concepts and terminology
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Certification, or equivalent.
