The SPY-6 Hardware Production & Sustainment (HP&S) program team is looking for a Finance Team Lead.
The HP&S Program will be awarded in Q3 2021 as part of the SPY-6 Family of Radars Portfolio that is designing and manufacturing cutting edge radar capability to the U.S. Navy. HP&S focuses on the concurrent production and delivery of all four types of Array Sub-Systems and associated equipment in the SPY-6 Family of Radars. The SPY-6 Family of Radars consists of four radar variants, with arrays built from common Radar Modular Assembly (RMA) building blocks, scaled in size to meet the need and mission of each ship class. Raytheon Technologies is currently in Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) for the SPY-6 (V)1, (V)2, and (V)3 radar variants. With the upcoming anticipated award, Raytheon will commence with the concurrent Full Rate Production (FRP) of all four radar variants, including first build of the (V)4 variant, at an anticipated composite rate of approximately 10 radars per year. You will report to the HP&S Business Manager and will be supported by the SPY-6 Earned Value Management Business Process Manager. As the Mgr I Program Cost Schedule and Control, you will partner closely with the HP&S and SPY-6 Program Management teams and with Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Business Team (IBT) and Cross Business Team (CBT) Leads. You will be an integrated part of a fast paced finance team where multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements. You may also be required to support senior level projects and other ad hoc data reporting.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Execute a variety of program and financial control activities such as supporting quarterly EACs and Monthly Program Reviews (MPRs), managing external monthly Earned Value reporting, and supervising a team of financial analysts.
Monthly program reconciliation activities such as maintaining program funding and management reserve logs, ensuring any contract modifications are processed correctly and timely, processing Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and leading the program through Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs).
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related
6+ Years finance related working experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel – Advanced MS Excel [Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.]
Professional experience of applied EVMS principles
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
