The Land Warfare and Air Defense (LW&AD) Finance team is seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to join the Multi Domain Attack Systems (MDAS) product area. As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for business activities associated with the Production and Engineering Services aspects of the Excalibur program as well as provide support for a suite of emerging projectile programs.
This role requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with Program Managers and functional partners within MDAS to ensure alignment of execution, strategy, and financial objectives. This role, with the support of an analyst, has ownership and oversight of both Production and Engineering Excalibur EACs, financial forecasting, and contract deliverables. You must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of deliverables and customers.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Execution and preparation of multiple quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
Excalibur financial forecasting in support of monthly, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Planning (LRP) forecasts
Coordination of customer CSDR reporting deliverables
Internal Earned Value management and tracking
Planning and maintenance of Excalibur CFRs
Ensure adequate financial controls that provide a balance between finance goals and operation goals
Support Business Case Analysis and Return on Investment analysis in support of the Product Area and new business pursuits
Ability to scale and staff the finance team upon successful program awards

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related
8+ years’ experience in finance or related business role
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
Experience with SAP, BW/PRISM/APEX or similar tools
Qualifications We Value:
Working experience with EACs, variance analysis, and program forecasting
Experience working in a program team environment with exposure to cross-functional collaboration (Contracts, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality etc.)
Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis concepts, processes, and related systems/tools (Rplan, BW/AO reporting, APEX, PRISM, MFT)
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior leaders and team members
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to interact and present to senior levels of the business
Ability to lead and groom junior analysts
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to innovate and improve tools/processes
