As the DT Enterprise Common Classified (ECC) Security Services Product Owner , you will collaborate and partner with a diverse cross-section of DT, Cybersecurity, and Program teammates supporting Raytheon's programs in order to continually improve the cyber hygiene and security posture of the network.
As the Enterprise Common Classified (ECC) RMD Security Services Product Owner you will work with your Cybersecurity team to prioritize, plan, and evaluate the work of the Security Services team to drive business value through compliance and reduced risk. The successful candidate will ensure results contribute positive business value and meet agreed upon acceptance criteria and quality objectives. They will oversee the support of security infrastructure and platforms including log servers, SEIMs, and vulnerability management platforms. The successful candidate will have experience in both agile continuous delivery project delivery methods and waterfall in support of our Lean Agile Transformation, as well as a background in vulnerability mitigation, cyber monitoring, and cyber risk assessment.
This position is located in Tewksbury, MA, or Tucson, AZ with potential for domestic travel.
Please note that this position needs an active U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance as of day one of employment. Except in rare cases, only US Citizens are eligible for US Security Clearances.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Serve in a lead role on a SAFe Team with a counterpart from Global Security Services to lead a growing team of individuals responsible for security operations and remediation on the ECC network
Use Agile practices to help prioritize technical debt reduction while also implementing or expanding current cyber compliance and risk management.
Use skills and experience to tailor an agile approach with fit-for-purpose planning techniques that ensure successful project execution of compliance initiatives and programs
Define and manage schedule, cost and scope using backlog refinement and agile scheduling techniques such as SCRUM and PI Planning
Ensure objectives are met through effective stakeholder engagement, business value alignment, dependency management, and project governance
Partner with other roles on the Agile Release Train in support of Program Increment Planning sessions with a focus on vision, business value, objective definition, and risk management
Use knowledge of industry best practices to improve the security posture of the classified Information Solution.
Define and manage readiness elements that achieve business and financial objectives
Ensure Agile team results are of the highest caliber meeting technical scope, behavioral objectives, and lean business case targets
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
8+ years in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering discipline
4+ years of Agile project management experience, preference given to SAFe experience and certification
Prior experience and knowledge of best practices in IT security and f amiliarity with NIST Risk Management Framework
Experience in agile project management technique including Sprint Planning and PI Planning
IAM III (GSLC/CISSP) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of starting
An active and in-scope Secret (or higher) US security clearance

Experience with Security Tools (Forecepoint, Solarwinds, Tenable Nessus, SPLUNK)
Familiarity with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) policies and standards, including the "DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM)
Experience in Change Management, Implementation Management, Readiness Management, End User Experience
Experience leading large, complex enterprise system projects is highly desired
