Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Data and Analysis Engineer to serve within the Quality Analytics and Data Integration team. The analyst will ensure that internal customer expectations and end-user objectives are satisfied, while working within a team of Quality and Mission Assurance professionals to ensure the successful integration and execution of RMD processes and procedures.

Working as a partner with the team, the analyst will engage on both a tactical and strategic level, focusing on data integration and data analysis of a quality analytics tool. The successful candidate will be responsible for quality and schedule of delivered products and services to internal customers.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Serve as a key member of the Quality Analytics and Data Integration team, ensuring successful performance by ensuring conforming products and services through effective collaboration, compliance to processes and procedures.

  • Lead major projects critical to QMA strategic CORE initiative with responsibility for schedule and quality of products.

  • Lead data integration and design of quality analytics tools and analytics processes to enable advance statistical processes, predictive analytics, and deep dive data models.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure alignment and data system requirements are met.

  • Ensure data is available for effective root cause analysis and corrective action.

  • Provide value through data for end-users and other stakeholders.

  • Exercise predictive and proactive measures and metrics assessments and leading actions to improve performance or mitigate problems.

  • Define and create processes, collect, analyze and maintain QMA metrics.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in Data Analytics / Data Sciences / Data Architecture.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with large-scale data sets (EX: PRISM or a similar ERP system).

  • Working experience utilizing Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects, Tableau, Lumira, MS Power BI, etc.).

  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying metric and analytic dashboards for executive management.

  • Familiarity with languages commonly used for data analysis such as Python, R, and/or SQL.

  • Experience in development/usage of Quality metrics and the identification/institution of perceptive verifications.

  • Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

    Qualifications We Value:

  • Experience producing data visualizations for a variety of different audiences.

  • Working knowledge of Raytheon RCAS or a proven closed loop corrective action system.

  • Experience with different service models (e.g. MaaS, DaaS, IaaS, SaaS).

  • Familiarity with Agile lifecycle process including Scrum, Continuous Integration and automated testing.

  • Technology areas: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Java, JMS, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL databases Microservices Architecture, Visual Studio, Python, C/C++, JIRA, Tableau, MS Power BI).

    This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
