This position is for a technical experts in C/C++ development. In this position you will be responsible for providing practical solutions to difficult technical software problems.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
•Applying expertise in software development to large scale defense and security systems.
•Providing innovative and creative software solutions to complex technical problems.
•Following and/or recommending changes to established processes and procedures.
•Reviewing software products for soundness of technical judgment and adequacy.
•Producing documentation related to the design and release of software artifacts.
•Utilizing agile software development methods, automation, and continuous integration.
Qualifications You Must Have:
•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) (Preferred Degrees: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or other related degree. ABET is preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.)
•A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in a related engineering field.
•Education/Experience using C/C++/C# language
•Education/Experience with software, test development, and/or integration
•Education/Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum/Kanban)
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. (Please refer to clearance process referenced below.)
Qualifications We Value:
•Experience working in a multi-disciplined product development team/environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience working in an integration lab environment working with both hardware and software
•Experience with guidance, navigation, sensing, tracking and discriminating systems and associated algorithms is (highly desired)
•Experience with object oriented development
•Experience using software source control tools and/or automated build environments
•Experience utilizing Agile Software development methods (e.g. Scrum, continuous integration, etc.)
•Experience with system integrity and mission assurance
•Education/Experience using embedded Real Time Operating Systems (RTOSs) (e.g. Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, Linux, etc.),
•Education/Experience designing real-time embedded software on multiprocessor systems and adapting Broad Support Packages
