Whole Life Engineering (WLE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. WLE consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our WLE disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Repair Administrator on the JSOW program within the WLE Depot Operations and Sustainment Department, located in Tucson, AZ

As the Repair Administrator you’ll focus on asset repair activities and Government Furnished Property accounting. You’ll support the Sustainment Management charter of carrying out product support strategies to achieve affordable operational readiness consistent with Warfighter objectives from the development, production, sustainment and disposal of the entire system.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Facilitate and coordinate the movement of government and Raytheon Missiles & Defense owned property.

  • Report and communicate system status to upper management

  • Support JSOW® Sustainment Leadership as necessary to perform contractual requirements

  • Analyze data from various databases in order to ensure systemic integrity and adequate reporting capabilities

  • Work in cross-functional teams to support the factory in repairing hardware returned for Warranty or non-Warranty repair.

  • Analyze, report and drive improvements to depot / program service metrics

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    Education: Bachelor's degree and 2 years' relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

    Employment Experience:

  • Logistics, data management, depot or sustainment experience

  • Experience with manufacturing or depot repair processes

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

    Qualifications We Value:

  • Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience .

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products

  • Results driven and detail-oriented work habits =

  • Existing DoD Secret clearance

  • Extensive knowled ge of PRISM, PDM, CABS , AWIS

  • Qualified Logistician Training

  • Demonstrated understanding of Raytheon Missiles & Defense products and processes

  • Excellent cross-boundary communication skills (verbal and written), organizational, and people skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently; a highly motivated self-starter, including ability for sound decision making and creative problem solving
