Primary duties for this position will include working in the Classified and Sensitive Material Management (CSMM) office in accordance with the requirements set forth in company policy, CSMM work instructions, NISPOM, DoD Policy and Directives, Executive Orders, ITAR and EAR.

Responsibilities To Anticipate:

  • Maintaining control and accountability of classified material, populating Access Commander with required information to ensure strict accountability/disposition of classified material, inspecting packages for evidence of tampering, receipt and dispatch of classified material via approved methods to include packing and shipping, and processing Global Security Services Request System (GSSRS) requests.

  • Personnel will be responsible for ensuring proper access level, briefings, and training are completed for all personnel accessing, creating, and working with classified information .

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interface with government customers and employees at all levels.

  • The candidate should be effective at organizing and prioritizing customer/management requests within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Organizational skills to include attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task are a high priority. Strong communications skills both written and oral to a wide variety of personnel.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and customer service skills required.

  • Must be a self-starter and capable of working with a limited level of supervision and guidance, be committed to continuous learning and professional development, and work well as a member of cross functional teams.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study is required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant Security experience.

  • Working knowledge of the NISPOM, DoD Policy and Directives, and NSA requirements

  • Practical knowledge of GSS processes, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • U.S Citizen

  • An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance, with the eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

    Qualifications We Desire:

  • In depth working knowledge of classified document control processes to include: control and accountability of classified material, Access Commander software, Industrial Security knowledge

  • Current Top Secret clearance

  • Knowledge of destruction requirements for classified material

  • Basic understanding of the following: Classified Visitor Control systems and NATO requirements for documents and media

  • Data management experience

  • Knowledge of classification marking requirements and caveats such as NATO, FGI, RD, CNWDI, etc.

  • Must be able to pay strict attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

    Security Clearance

    This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
