Raytheon Technologies Sr Mgr, Supply Chain Mgmt in Tucson, Arizona
Raytheon requires a visionary leader to help shape global supply chain (GSC) strategy and drive execution performance across the Tactical Strike (TS) Product Area Directorate (PAD). Contained within the Air Power (AP) Mission Area (MA), the TS GSC Senior Manager (aka Material Program Manager (MPM) Lead) reports into the PAD GSC Associate Director supporting the Griffin, HARM, Maverick, Paveway, GPAW, and StormBreaker programs.
A successful MPM Lead will be self-driven, organized, and have demonstrated effective project management and communication skills (verbal and written). They will be accountable for driving systemic improvements for material execution and accountability as well as instilling a “can-do” sense of ownership and alignment between the supply chain, program, and cross-functional organizations.
The MPM Lead is directly accountable for GSC production, disbursements (sales), and metrics performance. They are accountable for PAD-level supplier strategy development, implementation, and performance. The Lead manages an execution team of up to six direct-reports who act as supply chain liaisons between program MPM, cross-functional partners, and Integrated Supplier Teams (IST). They are responsible to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and execution to program-defined and execution team-defined GSC strategies and plans. Responsibilities span from the front end of the business Supply Chain activities through contract closure.
This position offers a unique balance between leading and implementing strategic initiatives that impact the overall PAD GSC team while performing tactical activities that supplement the program and proposal teams.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Developing, integrating, developing, and executing to supply chain strategies and plans w/ reporting at program, PAD, MA, and IST levels
Managing accurate product area level disbursements (sales) forecasting, predictability, performance, as well as risks and opportunities
Managing product area supply chain metrics performance including but not limited to: hardware build chain, material availability, make/buy-where, strategic agreements, customer flow-downs
Supporting GSC activities for Gates 0-11, as needed
Identifying and developing opportunities for small business participation
Developing and managing to labor budgets; managing to program-provided material budgets/targets
Qualifications you must have:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, project/program management, and/or related experience in the Aerospace, Defense, or commercial industries
Experience supporting/leading strategic efforts
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Experience with Supplier management and/or Subcontract management
Experience with supply chain and related systems, procurement, MRP, receiving, cost estimating, and finance
Qualifications we value:

Experience in managing technical requirements to a schedule and budget
Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
Experience interfacing with all levels of internal management

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Cost account manager, material sales experience
Experience with SAP and the Supply Chain Suite of Tools
Working knowledge of US Government acquisition laws and regulations (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR)
Experiencing aligning design needs with best-in-class suppliers
Extremely strong analytical skills; ability to plan, control and direct activities and resources
Exemplary oral and written communication skills; ability to listen well and communicate effectively with others
