Job Summary:

Our Global Supply Chain Management team is offering a pivotal role on our diverse and dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the overall subcontract management activities associated with suppliers in support of the Radar Department, which manages the following technologies: Warheads, Radar Electronics, Power Supplies, Optics, Waveguides, Guidance and Radomes. You will also have the opportunity to work in a collaborative growth oriented environment that supports a broad portfolio of programs across multiple Mission Areas.

Responsibilities to anticipate:

  • Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance

  • Grow the success of meeting business factory MRP and financial requirement

  • Drive the success for metrics; Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc.

  • Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements (technical as well as quality) in support of flawless supplier execution for RMD programs and projects

  • Perform subcontract management of high dollar purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements.

  • Perform risk analysis, and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems

  • Travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as deemed necessary and appropriate to conduct business

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management or similar role

    Qualifications We Value:

  • Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or STEM field

  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)

  • Experience with written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.)

  • Analysis of Cost and Pricing Data and determining proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)

  • Experience working with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review

  • Familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

  • Experience in contributing to the successful completion of a project which enhanced performance within an area of responsibility
