Reporting to the Sr. Manager, DT Compliance & Policies within the Cybersecurity Team, this position will support cyber policy and regulatory compliance initiatives at Collins Aerospace. The Cyber Compliance & Policy Specialist works GRC initiatives aimed at reducing risk of cyber threats and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements & policies. This includes internal Collins Aerospace policies and government regulations, including US (e.g. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)) and global (e.g. UK Cyber Essentials) requirements.
This individual will work remote. Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain and update risk management process workflows, process documentation and align those activities to an overall risk management approach within DT at Collins Aerospace.
Lead & execute IT projects, including developing project approach & plans, tracking progress and managing issues.
Perform control assessments against relevant regulatory frameworks and other internal compliance reviews for internal and external customers/suppliers.
Track and ensure the timely documentation and risk assessment of DT policy exceptions.
Perform third party risk assessments including data categorization and security control reviews.
Support alignment of business unit process documentation to the RTX Digital Policy Framework or any other policy requirements, including integrated compliance project working groups and deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
Must be willing and able to travel 10%-25% of the time
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Must be detail oriented
Ability to work both independently and under supervision in a team environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
SISSP or SISA certification(s)
