Raytheon Technologies Audit Data Analyst in United States
Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) is looking to staff an Audit Data Analyst position.
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION
The effective candidate will be a member of the RI&S Quality Management System Internal Audit Team. The Audit Data Analyst candidate will work with the RI&S Internal Auditors, all levels of the RI&S Organization and the Raytheon Technologies (RTX) Enterprise Audit Team to develop audit planning, audit schedules, and gather program and site information to ensure audit objectives are met. The role requires strong data analysis skills, outstanding organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, the ability to work independently, and to manage competing priorities effectively. The role also requires understanding of AS9100, ISO 9001:2015. The role may require participation in RI&S Internal Audits. This individual will communicate the QMS analysis and other initiatives within the RI&S Audits, Compliance and Governance (ACG) team.
The RI&S Quality Management System (QMS) is a collection of business processes focused on consistently meeting customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Develop and provide Pre-Audit Analysis to the Audit Leads
Maintains the RI&S Internal Audit Schedule
Develop and coordinate Internal Audit Schedules with the Audit Leads and the RI&S audit locations
Develop and coordinate Audits Schedules for the Enterprise, Registrar, and Customer audits with the RI&S audit locations
Gather applicable audit information for the RI&S Internal Audits and maintain audit folders
Work with RI&S Audit Leads to prepare and review required audit planning information for the Enterprise and Registrar audits for RI&S locations
Develop and maintain audit tools
Participates in RI&S Internal Audits as required
Coordinates the timely submission of corrective actions for review
Communicate data analysis and ACG initiatives
U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems.
8 years proven Data Analysis Auditing experience
8 years’ experience in developing and managing data for internal/external audits
8 years’ experience manipulating and presenting data to management-level stakeholders
2 years working experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001
Outstanding organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to function effectively without direct supervision
Ability to travel up to 25%
Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities
Auditor Level 5 Mission Assurance Certification or RI&S Internal Auditor Training
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $87,500 to $188,500; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
